Because every single product on BoldInks is custom printed specifically for you when you place an order, our return policy differs from standard retail stores.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, we have your back! Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. We will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Buyer's Remorse or Size Exchanges
Because items are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or ordering the wrong size. Please make sure to check the sizing chart available on every product page before checking out!
Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If it is determined that the package was lost by the carrier, we will cover the costs of sending a replacement.
